Astra Van MK4 VXR conversion Z20LEH GSI

  

2002 vauxhall Astra Mk4 van.. 12 month MOT as of 17/08/21 (no advisories). This is not a thrown together vehicle! Everything works the way it should, no corners cut, no botch jobs, this van runs and drives as if it was a factory built vehicle.. Down as a 2.0 petrol on the logbook.

Van started life as a 1.7 diesel.. Since then its had the following.

5 stud hub conversion (Astra gsi). Subframe bushes and mounts replaced.

Front and rear seats (all with correct seatbelts). 10 vauxhall android stereo, removable screen.. Roof, sides, rear, floor all refinished in black fabric.. Astra GSI water cooled throttle body. Under piston skirt oil squirters ect ect. Before install it had the following.. Uprated valve stem seals with built in retainer to stop them lifting under boost. Uprated valve springs to stop valve float under boost. Sensors replaced (crank, knock, cam ect). Plus a few others (oil cooler gasket ect). Since the setup the van has covered 2954 miles. The engine is extremely quiet and smooth. The exhaust note isnt to loud when general day to day driving. If you jump on the accelerator it comes to life and sounds very loud but still nice.. (not the typical wet fart sounding boy racer vxr). It sounds powerful and correctly setup.
