JS Direct Route Induction Hose Kit + CDTi Airbox for Vauxhall Astra G MK4 Z20LET. This hose kit has been designed to cut out the cross over pipe work on the Astra GSI, supplied with a 1.9 CDTI airbox. Kit Contents: 1 x Direct route induction hose 1 x 16mm internal diameter Fluoro-lined breather hose 1 x 16mm stainless steel joiner 1 x Fitting instructions 1 x 1.9 CDTI Airbox with filter eliment 5 x Stainless steel JCS Hi-Grip hose clips.
The 1.9CDTI airbox requires NO DIY modification when used with this kit as the Astra GSI airflow meter (70mm) which fits inside the airbox opening and clips in positition. Please note , If you are planning to use a VXR airflow meter (80mm) you should purchace the VXR direct route and follow the same fitting guidelines as the VXR too. Note: This hose kit does not include hose clips. Stainless Steel hose clips can be supplied upon request for additional cost. Please include your choice of Hose Colour as a note on the order from the list below so we can ensure you receive the correct colour.
