Vauxhall Astra Mk4 track car Turbo very low milage

MK4 Astra Saloon Turbo Complete ONE-OFF!! I have owned this car for 3 years and in this time it as only been used once on the track in this time. It is now ready for the track. Absolute ONE of a kind and completely unique car - Z20LET powered MK4 Vauxhall Astra Saloon. All put together from a totally standard car.

I can pretty much guarantee this is the only one in existance. The car is an ideal for track days It as been garaged for the last 3 years. This is already a quick car and with a little bit more effort could easily be a real monster. The car runs absolutely perfectly not one single issue with the running or drive of the car completely faultless. Engine conversion was carried out by a qualified Engineer with all genuine GM parts and no expense spared with parts coming from a complete very low mileage Astra GSI donor car.

The engine has been over maintained and serviced by myself and is lowest mileage I know of. 2003 Astra GSI Z20LET Turbo Engine (37,000 genuine low miles) you wont find many zlets around this mileage now! Very regular oil changes and new genuine GM cam belt kit/tensioner and water pump 1k miles ago. Valve stem seals also all replaced.

Engine has not been messed with and still running the standard map will return 40+mpg on a long run!! The engine is very quiet and runs like new. Full Astra GSI engine bay conversion, all looms and ancillaries from the GSI, no bodge job like most. 2003 Astra GSI F23 Gearbox (covered same low miles as engine).

Traction Control, ABS, AirCon, ESP all removed. Astra GSI complete 5 stud hub conversion. Astra GSI 308mm front brake setup. Astra GSI 256mm rear brake setup. Regal Autosport Large capacity Front Mounted Intercooler with various stainless pipework and blue Samco silicone joiners. TX Autosport enlarged 3 Tophat and power pipe. TX Autosports Direct route airbox conversion pipework with Pipercross 220220 filter, can be replace with Astra CDTi airbox coversion instead if preferred. 3 Turbo-back decat non-resonated cobra exhaust system (virtually brand new covered less than 1k miles). Astra Coupe 888 Limited Edition O. Z Wheels Fully refurbished paintwork look as new with almost new tyres used on the track once. Astra Coupe 888 Limited Edition rear wing spoiler. Colour coded GSI door handles. Astra VXR Spark Plug Cover. Stainless Exhaust Manifold Heat shield. Rolled arches and flared front wings to take the wider track of the 888 wheels (at the expense of a perfect fitting front bumper). OMP Bucket seats and harness fitted.

Wiring looms cut down to bare minimum. White Stack Boost/Oil Pressure/Oil Temperature Gauges. Flocked dash mounted gauge pod. All sound deadening removed including behind dash and floor. Floor repainted and chequered floor plates fitted.
