Vauxhall Mk4 Astra van 1.7dti Full MOT 4 brand new tyres
Welcome to the reluctant sale of my beloved GSI replica Astravan, The van has just rolled off the mot ramp having received multiple compliments from the tester stating, very clean and tidy, solid sills and well maintained. The van has 139,000 miles, 12 months MOT, 4 brand new 205.45.17 Nankang NS20s on recently refurbed Vectra C GSI rims. Not only does it benefit from a full service with the addition of brand new GSI turbo discs and pads, its had brand new brake cable, all new brake pipes, flexis and a slider kit. Under the bonnet its still running its healthy, efficient but standard 1.7dti isuzu engine which has benefited from a brand new LUK clutch kit including a genuine GM metal slave cylinder.
Recent brand new alternator, starter motor, ECU, new cv boots, drop links, bottom balls joints, strut top mounts and a sump. The interior is fantastic ranging from coupe se2 turbo seats including rear seat conversion(4seats), blue GSI seat belts, mint GSI steering wheel, retrimmed black Alcantera estate full head cloth and black boot trim. Complimented with a painted blue centre console and clock surround with matching blue led bulbs. Externally the van has been tastefully modified with a poly bush GSI axle, 5 stud conversion, GSI front bumper with colour coded rear, coupe skirts, spoiler and bonnet extension and a sport ex exhaust system(not loud) I have upgraded the suspension to pro-sport shocks with 60mm springs to the rear and diesel rated 60mm front springs on bilstein shocks.
In addition iv added GSI headlights with eyebrows, a debaged grill, carbon sun strip, upgraded smoked rear lights, pressed plates with surround, led reg bulbs, wind deflectors, colour coded mirrors and a b sting aerial. The van also includes a front and rear reverse camera. Iv owned the van for nearly 4 years and only done around 7,000. Miles, it has been my pride and joy, it feels tight, true and fantastic to drive, very cheap to run even by todays standards. I genuinely believe its a excellent example and will be greatly missed.Point to note, the van has had a tiny piece welded on the osr chassis leg however the nsr is starting to show very early signs of needing the same(tester noted hes not concerned if addressed in the next 12 months) And that is the only fault you will find with this van. I will include loads of spare parts, including shafts, roof rails, chrome interior handles, several tins of geuine vaxhall glacier paint..
