I have a mountain of paperwork all from my ownership and have a slideshow video of 126 receipts. I originally built the car with the intention of using it for Fast road/track ready however i got to a point that id spent to much and was scared to drive it on track so it went to waste. When i got this car i said id keep it forever i Daily drove the car for 3 years untill Oct 22 when she became a weekend toy. As you can tell from the MOT history she has barely moved in the last year and in that time ive lost interest. I feel ive reached my end goal and its time to move onto the next car on my list. Sadly the car has been in the elements given the mileage its been used but taken care of, in a result of this the rear arches have began to bubbleInner arches and sills are solid!
The car has been maintained all its life with the service book being stamped regular untill 2020 when i started doing the work myself trying to stick between 3/5k for oil changes(ref pics). Im the 6th owner from new.

Cars on 156k Majority of history is there. Car comes with 2 keys. Last timing belt & Water pump was at 140k (Gates). Last oil change was less than 1k miles ago. Its a full over haul, every bolt has been turned, every bush has been replace for polyurethane/solid and every after market part has been the best of the best.

Dont let the mileage put you off yes its a z20Let but its been cared for with 180psi across all 4 cylinders and oil pressure sitting comfortably at 80psi she has a very healthy engine for her age. For a z20 shes pretty dry too with having a full gakset kit top to bottom. Body work like i mentioned it does need some attention to the rear arches and that would make the car 100%. Its 20 years old it has its stonechips and 1 dent on the front wing but what car doesnt. Theres loads ive missed i know of it but untill im asked a question i wont remember lol.

Yes there is mk4s out there that have "forged" engines on 90k miles but i guarantee they havent got half as much history as this one end of the day shes higher in the miles bc shes been used and cared for, for her to still be around.
